At Rituals & Botanical Cleaning, each product is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Because our products are personal-use household goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain safety, hygiene, and product integrity for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at rituals.botanicalcleaning@gmail.com or submit a contact form with your order number and a photo of the item.
We will gladly:

send a replacement, or

issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
