Our products are for household cleaning use only. Remove all packaging before use. Always spot test on a small, hidden area. Use as directed—avoid contact with eyes, do not ingest, and keep out of reach of children and pets. You assume full responsibility for safely using this product.
C. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at rituals.botanicalcleaning@gmail.com. We’ll resolve any issues promptly. Due to the handmade nature of our products, items cannot be returned or exchanged for other reasons.
D. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including images, branding, product names, product descriptions, and formulas are the intellectual property of Rituals & Botanical Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
E. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We ship via USPS/UPS from Boise, ID. Once your package is with the carrier and scanned, we are not responsible for delays or losses due to shipping issues. Shipping dates are estimated times, not guarantees.

Under no circumstances shall Rituals & Botanical Cleaning, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use. Your sole remedy is limited to the replacement of the purchased product or refund of the purchase price.
